Sign up sheet is placed outside at 6am, first come, first serve. We limit amount of shoppers in at a time.
This is a private home and we reserve the right to refuse service to anyone at anytime, please be respectful of both property, staff and/or other shoppers at all times. Please be mindful of the neighbors and not block their driveways. There is plenty of parking on the street and there will be no worries for street sweeping.

**** We've gone through 3 days of pre-sales already, but this place is packed to the brim. There's so much cool stuff here..**
please note that during regular sale, only some areas of the house will be open to the public..
A word of caution - If you have repel please use it, we also have some here at the property. When we started work her 8 weeks ago there was a flea problem, the exterminator came by and took care of it and we have been using repel bug spray and it’s been keeping us safe ever since.
