THE ESTATE SALE STARTS PROMPTLY AT NOON ON FRIDAY  --  

SALE RESUMES AT 9AM ON SATURDAY  --  

SALE RESUMES ON SUNDAY AT NOON and ends AT 2PM.  

NUMBERS WILL BE GIVEN OUT ONE  HOUR BEFORE THE SALE TO THE PEOPLE IN LINE AT THE GATE.   PLEASE PARK DIRECTLY ACROSS THE STREET IN THE DESIGNATED ESTATE SALE PARKING AREA AND WALK CAREFULLY ACROSS TO THE GATE.  DRIVING ACCESS TO THE GATED COMMUNITY WILL BE FOR LOADING ONLY OF HEAVY ITEMS.
