BRING YOUR OWN MANPOWER to remove all large items purchased. We do have manpower and delivery service for a fee. All items are sold "AS IS." Please be advised that you enter at your own risk. TLC or homeowner are not responsible for any injury or liability that may occur on or before or during the estate sale. No dogs allowed except Certified Service Dogs which must be wearing the Official Service Dog Vest. Please watch your step when entering the home and exiting. Long Beach estate sale located in Bixby Village. This sale has the following items: China collection, Drexel dining table and 8 chairs with matching china cabinet, real wood entertainment center with side storage units, upholstered chairs with matching small couch, Waterford crystal, artwork, linens, women's clothing, patio glass table and patio table and chairs in excellent shape. Washer, dryer, and small wine refrigerator. Roll top desk, books, nic nacs, multi wood rolling cart, wooden bench, large pot for plant, luggage and treasures for all.
