BRING YOUR OWN MANPOWER to remove all large items purchased. We do have manpower and delivery service for a fee. All items are sold "AS IS." Please be advised that you enter at your own risk. TLC or homeowner are not responsible for any injury or liability that may occur on or before or during the estate sale. No dogs allowed except Certified Service Dogs which must be wearing the Official Service Dog Vest. Please watch your step when entering the home and exiting. These are private homes, we reserve the right to refuse service to anyone at anytime, please be respectful of both property, staff and/or other shoppers at all times.

We have a beach cottage with a collection for everyone. 63 piece Royal Dolton China set, Noritake China set for 12, Waterford crystal glasses and entertaining pieces. Christmas collection, crystal chandlers, antique furniture, dining table and china cabinet, recliners in excellent shape, king remote and memory foam bed, lamps (floor and table), LG washer, stove, refrigerator, dish washer, microwave, kitchenware, rugs, linens, Royal Dolton collectables, mirror, artwork, chinese pot and stand, iron bed frames, vintage pottery, purses, men and women clothing, copiers, VCR, blueray DVD player, desk, dressers, chairs, coffee tables, books, and lots of treasures.

We will be conducting a live estate sale with Covid-19 rules/regulations in full force. All rules will be posted at the entry to the estate sale. EVERYONE MUST WEAR FACE COVERINGS NO EXCEPTIONS
