Cash Only no Refunds, Estate Sale by Owners Family. Must enter Sale from Backyard Gates As per HOA Rules. Backyard gate entry is where the Marina dead ends at the Park.. Furniture will be sold and put on HOLD upon payment or 50% deposit . Owners Estate and Family are not responsible or liable for Accidents or Falls. Home has double stairways so please use the Handrails. Please text all inquiries to 562-201-1351. Pickups will need to be scheduled by appointment for logistic reasons after the sale hours and during the following weeks. There is plenty of free parking outside of the community on the primary entry road. The house address, specific entry instructions (No Entry From Front Door) and the roads to park on will be provided on 8/9/24, the day before the Sale. Please be respectful of parking instructions and do not park within the community to avoid potential disturbance with residents & their guest parking which is minimal. Please bring Help on appointment day to Load Items, be aware there are stairs and obstacles. Please bring moving blankets, extra helpers or movers with strap's to protect the Furniture and the house as you exit the property. All sales are final, items are sold in as is condition so please inspect items . If you need a moving company we can provide several referrals for the area.
