Payment: All sales are final, and payment is accepted in cash or via Zelle only. No checks will be accepted.
Sales Tax: Sales tax will be applied to all purchases unless a valid resale certificate is provided at the time of purchase.
Item Condition: All items are sold as-is, and buyers are responsible for inspecting items prior to purchase. No refunds or exchanges will be offered once an item is purchased.
Removal of Items: Buyers are responsible for the removal of purchased items from the premises. Please bring adequate assistance and transportation for large or heavy items.
No Early Sales: The estate sale begins at the specified start time, and no early sales or previews will be permitted.
Security: Security measures will be in place during the sale to ensure the safety of attendees and merchandise. Any attempt at theft or disorderly conduct will result in immediate removal from the premises.
Parking: Parking is available on a first-come, first-served basis. Please follow any designated parking instructions and be mindful of local parking regulations.
