Numbers will be handed out at 8:00 on first day to those physically in line.

 No sign up list or place holders will be honored.

Entrance through Front Door, Cashier/Exit  from driveway.

No overnight "place holders."

Please be aware there are some steps, use common sense.

Please do not block neighbor's driveways.

NOTE: We DO NOT offer pre-sales or give prices prior to the sale.

Items shown in our photos will be available when the door opens the first morning.

Because we are required to collect sales tax, if you plan to purchase for resale, we must have a copy of your Valid California resale license.

 AWESOME Sale this weekend!

We have the house, carriage house, 4 car garage, and back patio area.  Former employee of See’s Candies, as well as an upholsterer. We have LOTS of project furniture, vintage material, sewing notions, etc.  We have also combined the balance of the Compton warehouse sale with this sale, for those unable to make that sale.

We will most likely have to limit number of people in the house at a time, thank you for your patience.  Please bring help and appropriate vehicle to move furniture.
