BRING YOUR OWN MANPOWER to remove all large items purchased. We do have manpower and delivery service for a fee. All items are sold "AS IS." Please be advised that you enter at your own risk. TLC or homeowner are not responsible for any injury or liability that may occur on or before or during the estate sale. No dogs allowed except Certified Service Dogs which must be wearing the Official Service Dog Vest. Please watch your step when entering the home and exiting. It's time to get out of the house and take a "shopping break." We are having a lovely estate sale in the Virginia Country Club area. This estate offers vintage furniture, costume jewelry, pipe collection and smoking canisters, iron patio furniture, vintage clothing, hats, kitchen is packed with lots of vintage treasures, garage items, bike, camera's and film accessories, organ, china, crystal, china cabinets, dining table and chairs, fishing poles and reels, refrigerator, freezer, mid-century couches, hide a bed couch, Christmas decor, high back chairs, books, artwork, Persian rugs (large and small), game table and chairs, file cabinets, lots of treasures!!!!!!!
