This is a cash Only sale. All Items are Sold "As Is" there are no warranties or returns. Homeowners and Owners agents Antique Advocate Estate Sales and Services Inc. are not responsible for any injury, accidents or incidents that may occur in, on or around the property.Please bring your own packing material and boxes.Please bring your own manpower and tools to move furniture and Heavy items. Moving furniture is your responsibility. We are a Secretary of State and State Board of Equalization Compliant Estate Sale company, we do charge sales tax. Applicable Long Beach 10.25% sales tax Will Be added to Your Purchases unless you have a valid California resale permit/certificate on file or in your possession at the time of purchase. Do not block the sidewalks or congregate and disturb the neighbors.Please Do not block the neighbors driveways.You Must be prepared to move your own items. A Sign Up List will be available at 7:00 a.m on January 16 7th, the morning of the sale. The list will only be utilized during the first several hours of the sale , no list other than ours will be honored.
