Ladies, please No handbags, wallets Okay. Please bring your own bags/boxes/paper wrap for your purchases. Cash and credit cards accepted no checks. ALL SALES ARE FINAL AND NO EXCHANGES. BRING YOUR OWN MANPOWER to remove all large items purchased. We do have manpower and delivery service for a fee. All items are sold "AS IS." Please be advised that you enter at your own risk. TLC or homeowner are not responsible for any injury or liability that may occur on or before or during the estate sale. No dogs allowed except Certified Service Dogs which must be wearing the Official Service Dog Vest. Please watch your step when entering the home and exiting. These are private homes, we reserve the right to refuse service to anyone at anytime, please be respectful of both property, staff and/or other shoppers at all times.

We are having a Long Beach estate sale at "Grandma's Place." Grandma has a cute Long Beach estate filled with collectables. Oak antiques: tables, dining tables, hutches, kitchen cupboards, dressers, poster beds and high back chairs. She also has a kitchen full of kitchenware and lots of baking pans!!! Grandpa left his tools and what a selection he left as he was such a handy man around the neighborhood. Bikes, barbecue, traveling gear and of course a home made ice cream machine. Grandma also had alot of knic knacs and treasures!!! Come out and get started on your holiday shopping!!!! DEALS, DEALS, DEALS!!!!!!
