You are entering private property at your own risk. We are not responsible for loss, damage, or injury.
No purses, large or small or bags or boxes will be allowed. No bulky or oversized coats.
All sales are final. Please carefully inspect items before purchase.
There are NO RETURNS-NO EXCEPTIONS
Cash only, no credit cards or checks. We accept checks from pre-approved clients only. We also accept Zelle from regular customers.
We do not lift or load. You are responsible for removing your purchases the day of the sale.
Any items larger than what you can carry in your hand will require the services of a professional move. We can arrange pick up and delivery of your large item through Ortega's Delivery Service who you will pay directly for the delivery of your item.
Sales tax of 7.75%% charged on all purchases (Orange County) unless you provide a copy of your valid California resale certificate and fill out our form. All numbers verified on site with the California Tax and Fee Administration (formerly the California Board of Equalization.)
No excessive haggling or arguing with staff. We endeavor to maintain a pleasant shopping environment for everyone.

What a fun estate filled with interesting items in a lovely Long Beach neighborhood of 50’s houses!
This professor’s estate has books, paper, Mid Century Furniture, dining chairs, tables, coffee tables, side tables, and accessories, Mid Century art including some listed artists, copper metal art by Dale Clark, multiple sets of china, glassware, loads of silver plate, lots of Mid Century ceramics and pottery collection, quilts, Queen Elizabeth II and British Royal Family collectibles. Vintage record album collection including gospel, opera, classical and contemporary. Olson speakers.
Loads of other things too you might find in a post war house…funny quirky things in cabinets and drawers (reminds me a little of my grandparent’s house off Irvine Ave!)
