We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone and are not responsible for injury or death. We are not responsible for loading your purchases and or moving your items. All merchandise sold as is and not returnable after purchased. No children under 18 unless in hand of parent. Please bring your own boxes and wrapping paper as well as the ability to package your own purchases. Be ready to wait in line to pay for your purchases and ask for checkout number upon your arrival. We accept all forms of credit cards. We do not give out prices before the sale so please don't ask. We also don't sell items outside of the sales event. Thanks in advance for following these rules to make this a fun and competent sales event.

Our sale will start with fair pricing 9am-12noon, half price 12noon-3pm and box-lot pricing 3pm-4pm when we will move our sale to donation and free period.

Note that the fair priced $2,500 Model A will not move to half price but rather we will take offers throughout the day and see what comes up if we don't sell it right off

for the fair price of $2,500.

It should be noted that when the late husband parked it in this garage many years ago it was running so one of you may be able to get it going with a little elbow grease and spare parts!

We'll sell loads of sterling silver and costume jewelry, rooms full of designer ladies clothes in large and x-large sizes including size 9-10 ladies shoes, artwork, rugs, clawfoot tub never used, tools, camping, army, scouting, books, lps, movies, cds and so much more.

Stop by and see us Tuesday as we are only a nod off the freeway and we will have yellow arrow signs to direct you.

Gay wanted me to tell you that the the High Ranch Nursery is nearby and worth the visit!
