Selling Prices are not given out prior to the sale unless item is also advertised on Craigslist.
Offers or Bids for any items WILL be taken prior to the first day of the sale and highest bidders will be notified after the end of the first public sale day. Please do not make offers unless you plan to follow through with them!
Sold Items must be picked up by the end of the last day of the public sale, unless shipping arrangements are agreed upon at the time of sale or offer/bid acceptance.
We do NOT handle shipping, moving or storage of any items!
Buyer is responsible for ensuring full payment is received and accepted prior to or at time of item pick up, any and all associated shipping or moving fees or any and all other associated costs.

We do our best to ensure that all items advertised are in the sale on the first day. However, it is possible, that some items may be removed by the family prior to the first public sale day. Removal of items is an industry "hazard" that we all have to deal with on one level or another. We understand many of you travel long distances to get to the sale and we apologize for any potential inconvenience this may cause.
