A Grasons Co sign in sheet will go out the first day of the sale one hour before opening. Any other sheet started will not be honored. All sales are final. No returns, everything is sold as is. Seller and Grasons Co are not liable for any damages or injuries to persons and properties outside or inside the home. Only cash and debit/credit cards will be accepted at all our sales. No checks will be accepted.

We do not quote prices over the phone or pre-sell any items. If you have any other questions please contact Camille at 714-686-6268. A sign in sheet will be placed out one hour before the sale starts. Any other sheet besides the Grasons sign in sheet will not be valid. Please be respectful to the home, neighbors, and Grasons staff members.
