We gladly accept Cash and all Major Credit Cards. Sales Tax is 8.75% on Cash and Credit Card Sales. We no longer take checks. All SALES FINAL, no refunds. We hope to see you at our Estate Sale over the weekend or at a future Estate Sale. We do not offer Pre-Sale of items or give Pre-Sale pricing or pricing over the phone.

First Come - First Serve. We do not do lists.

ORANGE CONES MARKING - Please No Parking in Front of Driveway.

Please be respectful of the neighbors and please do not block any driveways. Please do not park in the driveway of the Estate Sale house or block the mail boxes for mail delivery.

The garage drive way is also for "Loading Zone" only when you pick up large furniture or tools equipment and related pieces. Thank you very much in advance for following these instructions.

Please No Children, Pets or Buggies in the garage or in the house due to tight quarters and small collectibles, with furniture for sale, there is limited walking space.

Garage driveway is a 3-car garage so there is lots of parking for loading your Big Pieces of Furniture!

Due to tight quarters inside the garage portion of the house, this house is NOT handicapped accessible, and not equipped for a wheelchair, or walker. Canes are permitted.

This house has Asian Furniture and other Furniture. The Asian furniture consists of a Large in-laid  gorgeous Breakfront/Glass Cabinet for keeping your precious dishware and collectibles. The other Asian furniture pieces are detailed/in-laid tall Armoire, bedroom dresser, and some gorgeous chests and smaller pieces.
