Entry will be through front door ONLY and exit will be through driveway gate ONLY.
We accept cash and major credit cards, with a 2.75% fee.
Unless you have a valid California resale number -- PLEASE HAVE IT WITH YOU! - you will be charged sales tax.
No purses, backpacks, or heavy coats allowed in the house - please leave them in your car.
Due to close quarters and numerous breakable items, we may restrict the number of people allowed into the house at the beginning of the sale.
No refunds; all sales final; all items sold "as is". We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone.
We will provide wrapping paper and bags, but please bring your own boxes as we have a limited number. PLEASE DO NOT BRING LARGE BOXES.
We are not able to provide help in moving large pieces, but we can recommend a moving service.
