PLEASE NOTE: Our policy is to hand out numbers at 9:00am to people waiting in line. We do not post a “wait list,” nor do we honor any list posted by anyone else.
ALSO: WE REGRET THAT WE ARE UNABLE TO REPLY TO PHONE CALLS, TEXTS OR EMAILS REGARDING ITEMS FOR SALE OR THEIR PRICES.
Entry and exit will be through front door only.
No food or drink, please.
We accept cash and major credit cards, with a 2.75% processing fee.
If you have a valid California resale number, please bring your certificate with you; otherwise we have to charge sales tax.
No purses, backpacks, or heavy coats allowed in the house - please leave them in your car.
Due to close quarters and numerous breakable items, we may restrict the number of people allowed into the house at the beginning of the sale.
No refunds; all sales final; all items sold "as is". We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone.
We will provide wrapping paper and bags, but please bring your own boxes as we have a limited number. PLEASE DO NOT BRING LARGE BOXES.
WE ARE NOT ABLE TO PROVIDE HELP IN MOVING LARGE PIECES, but we can recommend a moving service.
Active alarm system in place.
Please do not disturb residents.
