Larchmont - Everything Must Go

Hi everyone, thanks for your attendance and participation at our last sale. We know it was a bit small but I think it was exciting for those of you who stopped by.

This sale is quite a bit different. This house has a full house of mid century furniture.

Manufacturers like Drexel dining room with chairs and buffet to match (mid century).

Bedroom furniture by Kent Coffey consisting of a high boy and two night stands (mid century).

Living room has several mid century pieces, couch, end table and coffee table. most are

in good condition, some need a bit of love and care.

Kitchenware with a number 6 Bauer bowl.

A major book library with all types of books, this gentleman was a professor. Some of the books go back

as far as the mid 1880's. Some are German printed.

Old stereo equipment, a few WWII pieces such as helmets, ammo belts and more.

A cabinet full of old classical music and there is small turntable to play them on.

old magazines, pots & pans, a small amount of old men's clothing, several 60's dining tables, only a few

chairs. There are a few pieces of art in the house, a wonderful old mid century couch.

Mid century murano glass lamps and a designer 60's set of crackle pottery lamps.

I will provide an update later as we just have taken possession of the property.

4/25 Update

GOLD! We have a few small rings, that are 10k and 14k

Since are working with the trustee due to no family, there are items coming back from the trust.

We will have antique Lawson radio/clocks in very good condition.

Also a few antique electric cigar lighters from the 20's and 30's.

I will let you what else we get back from the estate.

4/29 Update

There is older Commodore computer and an Apple computer here. Don't know if they run yet or

not. The estate put them back in the boxes they came in

4/30 Update

Everyone who collects or deals in books has to check with us at near sale end.

We are thinking that near the end of sale on Sunday ALL books will be free! Yep, all remaining books will be free!

You will have to bring your own boxes but all are to removed.

We have an HP 6mp laser printer, A WD45500 vacuum, A commodor computer with a monitor ( sold separately)

Lots and lots of gardening equipment, shovels, rakes, and more. The aluminum cabinets holding all the

books will also be for sale.

We are finding old kitchen utensils from the 50's (what fun)

Still getting into the Apple computer parts.

Playbills from shows, mostly from Los Angeles, there are probably 100 or more

dating back the 50's.

5/11 Update

Sorry everyone, the family keeps brining things back.

Since the gentleman in care doesn't need them any longer, we got back

a collection of ties, Christian Dior and Gucci, all are vintage

The garage is full of gardening tools including ladders.
