Shipping will be arranged for all items and included on your invoice. Once payment has been received and cleared, items will be carefully packed and shipped within seven (7) business days, or sooner, unless unforeseen delays occur.

Certain consigned items may ship from California, where they are securely stored prior to delivery.

We utilize LiveAuctioneers Live Shipping when applicable.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE

By registering and bidding in any auction conducted by Alltrades Auction (?Alltrades?), all bidders (whether bidding in person, by telephone, absentee bid, agent, or online) agree to the following Terms and Conditions. These terms constitute the entire agreement under which property is offered for sale.

Alltrades reserves the right to refuse registration, reject any bid, or bar any bidder from participation at its sole discretion.

1. Acceptance of Terms

Placing a bid constitutes full acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. Rights under this agreement are non-transferable and enforceable only by the original buyer.

2. Buyer?s Responsibility

Buyers are solely responsible for determining the condition, authenticity, and suitability of any lot prior to bidding. While in-person inspection is not required, failure to request additional information or photographs may constitute a waiver of any claim regarding condition.

If a lot?s photographs do not show all aspects of the item, it is the bidder?s responsibility to request clarification prior to bidding. Alltrades guarantees only what is shown in the listing images and description.

If we are unable to verify a shipping address, we may initially charge the hammer price plus buyer?s premium and invoice shipping separately once the address is confirmed.

Failure to respond to order confirmation emails does not relieve the buyer of payment responsibility. Items not claimed or paid for within fourteen (14) days may be considered abandoned and may incur storage fees.

3. Property Sold ?As Is?

All property is sold ?AS IS, WHERE IS, WITH ALL FAULTS.?

Neither Alltrades nor the consignor makes any express or implied warranties regarding condition, authenticity, provenance, merchantability, or fitness for a particular purpose.

Condition reports are provided as a courtesy and may not reference all imperfections. The absence of a condition report does not imply that a lot is free of defects, restoration, or wear.

All sales are final. No refunds, exchanges, or credits will be issued.

Alltrades does not guarantee the working order of clocks, watches, electronics, or mechanical devices.

No copyright or reproduction rights are transferred with the sale of any lot.

4. Buyer?s Premium & Payment Terms

The Purchase Price consists of:

Hammer price

Buyer?s premium

Applicable sales tax

Packing, handling, insurance, and shipping charges

The Buyer?s Premium (subject to change per auction and disclosed prior to bidding) is typically:

22?25% on the first $500,000

22% on $500,001?$1,000,000

19% on amounts exceeding $1,000,000

Credit card payments may incur an additional 3?3.5% processing fee.
International buyers must remit payment via wire transfer unless processed directly through LiveAuctioneers.

Payment is due within five (5) business days following receipt of invoice. Title does not transfer until payment has been received and cleared in full.

Lots unpaid after five (5) business days may be offered to the next highest bidder or returned to the consignor.

5. Estimates and Reserves

Pre-sale estimates are provided as guidance only and do not represent a guaranteed selling price.

Alltrades reserves the right to revise estimates prior to sale.

Some lots may be subject to a confidential reserve price agreed upon with the consignor. Alltrades may bid on behalf of the consignor up to the reserve price.

AFTER THE AUCTION
6. Transfer of Risk

Upon the fall of the hammer, title passes to the buyer, who assumes full responsibility and risk of loss or damage, subject to full payment of the Purchase Price.

7. Shipping Policy

Alltrades arranges shipping approximately 5?14 business days after payment clears. Shipments typically occur via UPS or FedEx Ground and include tracking.

Buyers are responsible for:

All packing, shipping, and insurance costs

Any special shipping requests (signature confirmation, additional insurance, expedited service)

Accurate shipping information

Alltrades is not responsible for carrier delays, loss, or damage once items have been transferred to the shipping provider.

International shipments:
Once an item leaves the United States, the buyer assumes full responsibility. Import duties, taxes, customs documentation, and wildlife/export permits (if applicable) are the buyer?s responsibility.

Items containing regulated wildlife materials (e.g., ivory, coral, tortoiseshell) may require export/import permits. Buyers must verify all legal requirements prior to bidding.

Pickup is not available for this auction.

8. Storage & Abandonment

Purchased items must be paid and shipping arranged within fourteen (14) days of the auction date.

After 14 days, a storage fee of $5 per item per day may apply.

Items not claimed within thirty (30) days may be deemed abandoned. Alltrades reserves the right to:

Retain payments as liquidated damages

Resell the property at the buyer?s risk

Recover any deficiency, storage fees, and resale costs

These remedies are in addition to any other legal rights available.

9. Sales Tax

Applicable state and local sales taxes will be collected in accordance with governing law unless valid resale documentation is provided prior to payment.

10. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of the State of Delaware.

By bidding, the buyer consents to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Delaware.
