TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE
By registering and bidding in any auction conducted by Alltrades Auction (?Alltrades?), all bidders (whether bidding in person, by telephone, absentee bid, agent, or online) agree to the following Terms and Conditions. These Terms constitute a legally binding contract.
Alltrades reserves the right to refuse registration, revoke bidding privileges, reject any bid, cancel any sale, or bar any bidder at its sole and absolute discretion.

1. Acceptance of Terms
By placing any bid, the bidder:
* Enters into a legally binding agreement to purchase the lot if successful
* Acknowledges full review and acceptance of these Terms
* Waives any right to dispute based on not having read or understood these Terms
All obligations are non-transferable.

2. Buyer?s Responsibility & Due Diligence
All property is offered with the expectation that bidders have conducted their own independent evaluation.
Failure to request condition reports, additional photos, or clarification constitutes a waiver of any future claim regarding:
* Condition
* Authenticity
* Completeness
* Description accuracy
Alltrades is not responsible for errors, omissions, or subjective descriptions.

3. Property Sold ?As Is ? No Exceptions?
All property is sold ?AS IS, WHERE IS, WITH ALL FAULTS.?
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
* All warranties (express and implied) are disclaimed
* No guarantees of authenticity, provenance, or condition are made
* Mechanical and electronic functionality is not guaranteed
ALL SALES ARE FINAL.?No refunds, returns, exchanges, or chargebacks will be accepted under any circumstances.

4. Binding Bids & No Cancellation Policy
All bids are irrevocable.
If a bidder requests to cancel:
* Before auction close
* After winning
* After invoice issuance
The bidder remains fully liable for:
* Buyer?s premium
* Seller?s damages
* Administrative and relisting costs
Alltrades reserves the right to:
* Charge the payment method on file
* Pursue legal collection
* Report non-paying bidders to third-party platforms (including LiveAuctioneers)
Cancelled or unpaid bids may result in permanent account suspension.

5. Buyer?s Premium, Fees & Payment Enforcement
The Purchase Price includes:
* Hammer price
* Buyer?s premium
* Sales tax
* Shipping, handling, and insurance
Failure to pay constitutes a breach of contract.
Alltrades reserves the right to:
* Charge all cards on file without further notice
* Split charges across multiple payment methods
* Recover all collection costs, legal fees, and damages
Chargebacks are strictly prohibited.?Any chargeback will be treated as fraud and a breach of contract.
Buyers initiating chargebacks agree that:
* Alltrades may provide these Terms as evidence to the payment processor
* The buyer is liable for all reversal fees, legal costs, and damages
* The claim may be escalated to collections or legal action

6. Autopay Authorization
By registering through LiveAuctioneers, the bidder authorizes automatic charging of their payment method.
If Autopay fails:
* The buyer remains fully responsible for payment
* Additional fees or delays may apply
Declined payments do not cancel the sale.

SHIPPING & DELIVERY

7. No Local Pickup
NO PICKUP IS PERMITTED UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES.
All items must be shipped. No exceptions will be made.

8. Shipping Terms & Risk Transfer
Shipping is arranged solely as a service and convenience to the buyer.
Key terms:
* Items ship within approximately 5?14 business days after cleared payment
* Delays do not justify cancellation or refunds
* Title and risk transfer immediately at hammer fall
Once released to a carrier:
* Alltrades has no liability for loss, theft, or damage
* Claims must be made directly with the carrier
Buyers are responsible for:
* Accurate shipping details
* Insurance selections
* Special handling requests

9. International Buyers
International buyers assume full responsibility for:
* Customs
* Duties and taxes
* Import/export compliance
Failure to receive an item due to customs issues does not qualify for refund.

10. Storage, Abandonment & Resale
If payment/shipping is not completed within 14 days:
* Storage fees of $5 per item per day apply
After 30 days:
* Property is deemed abandoned
Alltrades may:
* Retain all payments as liquidated damages
* Resell the item without notice
* Pursue the original buyer for any loss

11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
* Alltrades shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
* Total liability shall not exceed the purchase price paid

12. Sales Tax
Sales tax will be collected in accordance with applicable law unless valid resale documentation is submitted prior to payment.

13. Governing Law & Legal Enforcement
This agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of Delaware.
The buyer agrees to:
* Exclusive jurisdiction in Delaware courts
* Pay all legal fees incurred by Alltrades in enforcing these Terms

14. Severability
If any provision is deemed unenforceable, all remaining provisions remain fully valid.
