Terms: All stock available on a “first come, first served” basis. We do not allow holds, exchanges, returns, or refunds. We do not give out numbers or post a sign-up sheet for our sales. All stock is priced as marked and offered as found. This event is open to the public. We accept credit card and cash and checks with valid ID. All sales are subject to 8.75% sales tax. Buyers submitting a legitimate Sales and Use Tax Permit (a.k.a. “Seller’s Permit”) or Tax Exempt Certificate are exempt from California sales tax. We ask that no large purses, totes or backpacks be brought to the sale site. Shopping bags are provided. Pulling a tag off an item that is too large to carry indicates that you have agreed to purchase that item. Placing an item on the “Sold” rack indicates that you have agreed to purchase that item. Pulling a tag and leaving the premises is not allowed. We accept cash, check and credit card for payment. All items must be removed before the end of the sale.
