Pacific Auction House does not guarantee tribal enrollment, artist registration, or federal recognition status unless official documentation is provided or stated in the listing.
Artist Attribution:
Attributions are made using the best available information.
In the absence of documentation, attributions are considered vendor-represented and not absolute guarantees.
No Returns Based on Identity/Origin Claims:
No refunds or cancellations will be accepted due to disputes regarding:

? Artist identity
? Enrollment status
? Origin or craftsmanship method
Unless the listing explicitly stated documented proof.

A 23% Buyer?s Premium will be added to all winning bids.
This fee is non-negotiable and due at checkout.
6. Payment Terms
Invoices must be paid in full by the stated due date.
Failure to pay may result in:

? Reporting to auction platforms
? Collection actions
? Legal proceedings
All costs of collection, including attorney fees, will be charged to the bidder.
7. Shipping Terms
FREE Domestic Shipping on orders over $500
FREE International Shipping on orders over $1,000
Shipping fees apply to orders under these thresholds

8. Chargebacks & Dispute Resolution
By placing a bid, the bidder agrees:

Bidder will not file a chargeback, dispute, or payment claim with any third party including credit card companies, banks, PayPal, or auction platforms.
Waiver of Rights:
Bidder explicitly waives all rights to initiate a chargeback for any reason.
Administrative Fees for Violations:
If a bidder initiates a chargeback in violation of these terms, they agree to pay Pacific Auction House:
? A minimum of $500 administrative fee
? All hourly administrative costs
? All legal expenses and damages resulting from the chargeback
Binding Agreement:
These terms become binding immediately upon placing a bid.
Violations may result in legal action.
