By registering for and participating in any auction conducted by Pacific Auction House, the bidder acknowledges and agrees to be bound by all Terms & Conditions listed herein.

All sales are final. No refunds. No cancellations. No exceptions.

Items described as Native American?made, Navajo, Zuni, Hopi, or attributed to a specific artist are represented in good faith based on hallmarks, provenance, supplier statements, and available documentation.
Tribal Enrollment & Documentation:
Pacific Auction House does not guarantee tribal enrollment, artist registration, or federal recognition status unless official documentation is provided or stated in the listing.
Artist Attribution:
Attributions are made using the best available information.
In the absence of documentation, attributions are considered vendor-represented and not absolute guarantees.
No Returns Based on Identity/Origin Claims:
No refunds or cancellations will be accepted due to disputes regarding:
Tribal affiliation
Artist identity
Enrollment status
Origin or craftsmanship method
Unless the listing explicitly stated documented proof.
3. Fine Jewelry, Gemstones & Metals Disclosure
Pacific Auction House sells a variety of fine jewelry, including gold, silver, platinum, diamonds, and gemstones.
To protect both the buyer and Pacific Auction House:

Gemstone Treatments:
Unless explicitly stated otherwise, gemstones may be treated, heated, stabilized, dyed, enhanced, or lab-created.

Designer pieces (e.g., Tiffany & Co., Cartier, etc.) are only guaranteed authentic when explicitly stated.
Condition Disclosure:

4. All Sales Are Final
ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

Shipping delays
Pacific Auction House may, on rare occasions and at its sole discretion, review a situation. If so, the bidder must follow all instructions exactly.
5. Buyer?s Premium
A 23% Buyer?s Premium will be added to all winning bids.
This fee is non-negotiable and due at checkout.
6. Payment Terms
Invoices must be paid in full by the stated due date.
Failure to pay may result in:
Permanent suspension from Pacific Auction House
Reporting to auction platforms
Collection actions
Legal proceedings
All costs of collection, including attorney fees, will be charged to the bidder.
7. Shipping Terms
FREE Domestic Shipping on orders over $500
FREE International Shipping on orders over $1,000
Shipping fees apply to orders under these thresholds
International bidders must pay all taxes, duties, and customs fees
Orders ship within 5?7 business days after payment is received
Tracking will be emailed once the shipment is processed
Pacific Auction House is not responsible for:
Carrier delays
Customs holds
Incorrect addresses provided by bidder
Lost packages after carrier confirms delivery
8. Chargebacks & Dispute Resolution
By placing a bid, the bidder agrees:
No Chargebacks:
Bidder will not file a chargeback, dispute, or payment claim with any third party including credit card companies, banks, PayPal, or auction platforms.
Waiver of Rights:
Bidder explicitly waives all rights to initiate a chargeback for any reason.
Administrative Fees for Violations:
If a bidder initiates a chargeback in violation of these terms, they agree to pay Pacific Auction House:
A minimum of $500 administrative fee
All hourly administrative costs
All legal expenses and damages resulting from the chargeback
Binding Agreement:
These terms become binding immediately upon placing a bid.
Violations may result in legal action.
9. Item Descriptions & Photos
All items are described and photographed to the best of our ability, but:

Bidders must ask questions before bidding, as no refunds will be provided after the sale.
10. Condition of Items

11. Limitation of Liability
Pacific Auction House is not liable for:
Damage after delivery
Loss by carrier
Misuse of items
Delays beyond our control
Incorrect address provided by bidder
Maximum liability is the purchase price of the item.
