All lots are sold as-is, in their condition at the time of sale. Descriptions and condition reports reflect HeritageBids? best assessment. Bidders should review the photographs, dimensions and available condition information and request any clarification before bidding.

All 120 lots are offered without reserve, with opening bids displayed in the catalog.

A buyer?s premium of 22% will be added to the hammer price for purchases through LiveAuctioneers. Applicable sales tax, packing, shipping, insurance and any disclosed payment-processing fees are additional.

Payment is due within 72 hours after the auction ends. Purchases will be released only after payment has cleared.

All lots are located in California and will ship directly from there. Packing, shipping and insurance costs are payable by the buyer. Please request a shipping estimate before bidding. Any pickup or third-party collection must be arranged in advance through HeritageBids.

International buyers are responsible for applicable import duties, VAT, customs fees and brokerage charges in the destination country. Delivery times vary and may be affected by carrier schedules and customs clearance.

All sales are final, with no returns or refunds for change of mind. If an incorrect item is shipped, please contact HeritageBids promptly so we can arrange its return and delivery of the correct lot, or a refund if the correct lot cannot be supplied. The collection spans traditional Persian rugs, Turkish kilims, Chinese floral designs and modern decorative pieces, with runners, small woven textiles and large room-size carpets. Floral motifs, geometric patterns and softly distressed finishes offer a varied selection for collectors, interior designers and buyers furnishing their homes. Opening bids, estimates, dimensions and detailed photographs accompany the individual listings. Condition reports are available on request. We encourage bidders to review the lot details and request any additional information or shipping estimates before bidding. All lots are located in California. HeritageBids coordinates shipping directly from the collection, with packing, shipping and insurance costs payable by the buyer.
