By registering, bidding, or purchasing, you acknowledge that you have read and agreed to these terms and conditions. It is the bidder's responsibility to verify the value, condition, description, size, and age of any item or lot before placing a bid.

Kipper Designs provides item descriptions, conditions , and information to the best of their ability and knowledge but does not list every flaw. Expect normal signs of wear with antique and used items. All items are sold as is and where is.

Kipper Designs encourages all bidders to reach out with any questions or concerns regarding any items or lots before placing a bid and will do their best to provide any further information needed or desired.

Kipper Designs reserves the right to set increments and reserve prices, accept or reject bids, and postpone or cancel any auction as necessary. Please read the description carefully and look at all of the images. All sales are final. No returns, refunds, or exchanges.

A Buyer's Premium of 12-17% will be added to all hammer prices. Buyer's Premium is tied and is determined by hammer price.


Buyer pays all shipping costs. No item will be shipped before it has been paid for in full, including sales tax, Buyer's Premium, shipping fees, payment processing fees, and the hammer price. All shipments will be made through LiveShipping. All shipments will be fully insured and tracked through LiveShipping.
