Today is the last day.  Everything is 50% off the marked prices and we still have some great things left.

We are still accepting bids on the cars until 3:00PM today.  High bidder on each truck will win that truck.  We are doing this silent-auction style, with bid sheets out in the yard with the trucks.

This is a must-see sale!  1920s building which used to house a carpet store on the first level and 3 apartments upstairs.  The apartments were abandoned 40 years ago, with all of their 1920s and later hardware, fixtures and furnishing left inside.  The building has been sold and needs to be refurbished, so everything that can be saved (including cabinets, doors, lighting, furniture and fixtures) has been moved downstairs for this sale. In addition, there are 4  1950s and 1960s panel vans.

If you like mid-century and earlier, this is the dream sale for you.  The prices are good and you can dig for treasures, but bring your gloves.  40 years of abandon means dust, dirt, possibly some bird droppings and the need for TLC.  You will be glad you came.
