"A PAIR OF LOUIS XV CARVED AND CANED BEECH ""FAUTEILS A LA RHEIN"" 3rd quarter, 18th century Each having a caned cartouche back, crested by small flowers and leaves, and conjoined by padded arms on nicely molded supports; the caned seats on rails carved with flowers and leaves and evolving into cabrole legs; loose seat cushions covered in faux tiger skins. Condition: refinished at a later date." **Owner had these two original chairs replicated to add two more to a seating - the replica chairs with Cream leather seat cushions are also available or sold separately at a much reduced price!

A HANDSOME PROFUSELY CARVED WALNUT DINING TABLE IN THE RENAISSANCE REVIVAL STYLE. The round top enclosed by an Ogee molded frieze and opening to accommodate 6 leaves; the carved columnar standard enclosed by acanthus carved volutes and resting on four massive carved lion claw feet.

Condition: The top with some discolorations; however, the piece showing an especially attractive overall patina."
