All items in this catalogue are offered by louvre Antiques Inc. (also referred to as Louvre antique auction) either as agent for the consignor or as owner. - Everything is sold AS IS and WHERE IS. While we do our best to describe the items properly, neither Louvre Auctions, nor the consignors make any guarantees or warranties to the accuracy of these descriptions. Buyer has 14 days after auction has ended to make any valuable claim for returning the item for credit. - Louvre antique Auctions reserves the right to withdraw or combine any lots listed in the catalogue at its sole discretion. Louvre antiques Auctions and its auctioneers have final say in any dispute among bids or winning bidders. Louvre antique Auctions' records shall be conclusive in any dispute. - The purchase price payable by a buyer at auction shall be the final bid plus the buyer's premium. - Louvre antique Auctions accepts the following methods of payment: certified check, personal or business check,and wire transfer . We will charge a $50 fee on all checks returned by the buyer's bank. - No merchandise shall be released before 15 days, if paid by check.Louvre antique Auctions reserves the right to hold merchandise until full payment has been received and cleared by our bank. - Items in the catalogue may have a reserve which is a confidential minimum bid price agreed to between Louvre Auctions and the consignor.We strongly advise buyers to come and inspect the items they intend to bid on before bidding to decide on authenticity of items. We do not guarantee authenticity. We offer Condition Reports as a courtesy, but they are not assured. Although we strive to identify any flaws, the presence or absence of a condition statement doesn't guarantee perfection in an item. Our lots are warranted for authenticity according to our terms and conditions, yet buyers are responsible for thorough research and must report any issues to the gallery within 14 days of the auction. Buyers are responsible to arrange shipping for their items. If the buyer forgets to arrange shipping the auction house will end up owning the items after 90 days of the sales date. Buyers cannot make a claim that their items did not ship and request a refund.
