This sale requires an appointment because of high security and limited access due to the rules dictated by the owners/residents of this building. No group of more than four people will be allowed to make appointments. Please do not ask to bring children to this sale.

Please tell us which items interest you. Give us a range of proposed appointment times which will work for you along with your cell number. your full legal name and the full names of the others in your group. We will confirm the requested appointments with an email or we will call to schedule another time which will work. Our confirming email will state your appointment time and include instructions/protocols as to where to park, where and when to gather and what to do.
Attendees will arrive at the appointed time and gather at the designated arrival point. Six people will be given an appointment time every 20 minutes. At the appointed time these six people will be directed to walk to the rear/side entrance to the building. A member of our staff will escort all attendees into the building, up the elevator and into the residence for a ½ hour shopping experience.
This process may sound complex but it will be a seamless way to get attendees into the sale without wasted time or hassles. Small purchases can be carried out. Larger purchases will be delivered by our bonded movers. Be assured we will do our best to make this a great sale experience.
