All items are sold AS IS, and absolutely NO returns. Same as all other sales. :-)
We do our very best to authenticate everything in our sales, but we cannot guarantee authenticity. Please examine your purchases carefully, and be comfortable with your purchase, and ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
We do not have people who can lift big heavy furniture or plants during the sale, but can refer you to a number of excellent movers with whom we've worked.
Our guard will begin an official list 1/2 hour before sale opens on Sale days.
Neither liquidator nor the homeowner are liable for any injuries whatsoever which may occur inside the home or anywhere on the property. Shoppers assume all risk and liability.
Please brings shopping bags, as we are attempting to limit our plastic bag usage.
Sorry, but no handbags, purses, backpacks, etc. will be allowed into the house.
