This estate sale consists of clothing, shoes and accessories ONLY. there is no furniture or any items in the home, which is occupied.
The woman who passed is a former attorney who also loved to sew. So there are many many skirt and pants suits and items mid alteration . She was also planning to start a fashion school and acquired many vintage dresses from 1940s 1950s 1960s 1970s for this purpose.
There are a range of brands from Chanel, Armani, Donna Karan, Norma Kamali, and TONS of Escada to vintage Cashmere sweaters and cotton blouses. She loved natural fibers and there is no acrylic. Everything is 100% cotton, wool, cashmere, silk, linen, you get the picture.
