Last Minute Urgent Estate Sale

Hi Everyone:

This is a last minute urgent estate sale. This fine gentleman has been moved out of his home and we are on a deadline to get this house empty. The home was built in 1914 and  believe these people were the second owners (50+ years)

So, since we are getting virtually two days to set this up and empty it, it is to your advantage to come and help us empty it! Very little will be priced!

There is some really nice 50's to 60's furniture, most clean and with no holes or damage, sewing from patterns to sewing machines and equipment. We have a fine 60's stereo with original turn table. Have not seen records, there might be but don't know. Beautiful roll top desk.

Nice small's from porcelain items, to china, to a few paintings, nice crystal,  and sewing threads and patterns and the cabinet it all goes in. Also, men's clothing as the misses died years ago.

There is a garage which contains a 40 year old floor model table saw, which I believe is in working order, everything in this home is in working order. Also in the garage was other tools and general garage items. 

There are plants on the patio with some pots. Hopefully the photos will explain more.

As usual, there are no early showings, no pre-sales, no lists or numbers will be honored.
