Thank you, in advance, for your interest in our estate sale offering many loved and well-cared for treasures. Your cooperation with these Terms and Conditions is requested and appreciated to ensure everyone involved and impacted by this estate sale has the best experience possible.
1. Be respectful of our neighbors. Please do not arrive before 8:00 AM to queue and speak softly in queue.
2. Please do not block neighbors’ driveways and stairways either with your vehicle or when standing in queue.
3. Please bring only your wallet or smartphone for making purchases. Purses, totes, large bags, rolling carts, carriers, and strollers are not permitted in premises. Please secure them in your car before queuing.
4. No food or drink permitted in premises.
5. Each child 13 and under must be accompanied by a supervising adult.
6. NO DOGS allowed except Certified Service Dogs which must be wearing the Official Service Dog Vest.
7. By entering the property and premise, YOU AGREE TO DO SO AT YOUR OWN RISK. Property owner and Seller are not responsible or liable for any injury or accident on or near this property.
8. Numbered wristbands will be given out between 8:00 AM and 9:30 AM on each day of the sale; only our wristbands will be honored to identify your place in the queue. You will need to return to your place in the queue before the sale starts at 10:00 AM.
9. Limited number of visitors will be allowed inside premise at a time.
10. Videography and photography not allowed, except by permission of Seller only.
11. Bathroom access closed.
12. Payment accepted via VENMO or CASH.
13. ALL SALES ARE FINAL. NO RETURNS. All items sold as is and were found with no guarantees or warranties.
14. Wrap, bags or boxes will be provided for your non-furniture/ not-large-furnishings purchases.
15. Please come prepared with help when purchasing heavy items.
16. Furniture and furnishings too large to fit in vehicle can be picked up on Sunday, March 19, after 3:00 PM, Monday, March 20, after 10:00 AM, or by appointment within the week.
