Large bags, purses and boxes prohibited due to loss prevention. Clear plastic bags and see through plastic crates and boxes accepted. We provide hold tables for your convenience.

Attendees voluntarily assume all risks associated with participating in the event and release NES and its Client from any and all claims or damages arising from such participation. Attendees are responsible for breakage. Estate sale attendees entering any restricted areas will earn an immediate expulsion from the premises. Bullying or harassment of neighbors, other guests or staff will also result in expulsion.

Attendees are responsible for arranging transport and provide extra helpers to move large items. Please schedule pick up time with NES staff if you need assistance. Furniture not picked up by end of the last day will be considered unclaimed and resold. No refunds.

This cozy family home of 50+ years has treasures galore waiting for you to discover! Plenty of quality antique furniture in Victorian, Colonial, Amish and French Country style. The Gothic Victorian couch is to die for!! But make sure to bring some of your minions to carry it back to your mansion! If you're taking the couch, then you might as well take the matching rose mahogany lyre-harp themed end tables with Italian marble. There's also a fantastic collection of lamps, replete with boudoir style lamp shades. A lot of other pieces deserve your attention here and elsewhere in this home... you just need to keep an eye out and dig!
Speaking of dig... dig that sunken den! There's more treasures to trove here with an inset bookcase full of collectible barware, vintage glasses, vases, ashtrays, vintage unstruck matchbooks and old-timey bottles. The flat screen TV and stand are for sale too.
The Dining Room has an impressive array of silverware, flatware, Silver hollowware, serving dishes, large buffet and china cabinet all for sale. The Bernhardt style 1970s walnut dining room set with 6 woven cane chairs is worth checking out and priced to move.
A full kitchen of useful things is ready to go too! Kenmore Refrigerator, GE Gas Stove, microwave, butcher block, glassware, Pyrex, pots and pans, etc.

5/24 UPDATE: We've unearthed a trove of vinyl records to include in the estate sale. Lots of 50s, 60s, 70s Jazz records (Impulse! , Riverside, etc). TONS of 80s & 90s R&B, some Hip Hop and Funk. Bags and Boxes of 8 Track tapes and Radio Promo "Carts". Plus promotional Items from local radio station. Condition runs from G- to VG-. Your crate digging super powers will be put to good use. Please refer to the updated photos. More to be added while we get through the crates.
5/25 UPDATE: Check out the latest pictures! We have some more crystal and MCM vases, a beautiful large shell shaped serving dish, Victorian and early 20th century tableware, Christmas decorations galore in the living room. The Den is becoming the "bachelor's clubhouse" where one can explore the various "diversions" life has to offer: If you need something to read, we have books and magazines of every persuasion... to make you think, rediscover history or study the human anatomy in intimate detail. The bar will not be open during the estate sale, but maybe something will catch your eye there to take back to your own home bar: Vintage Don the Beachcomber mixing bottles, vintage lighters, unstruck matchbooks from Las Vegas and beyond, glass tumblers, ashtrays, Coca Cola souvenirs, and much more. This is also the room where the vinyl records, 8 track tapes, music magazines and radio promo material can be found. More on that tomorrow.
