Our subscribers receive the address at 6:00am, an hour before we reveal it to the public. Head to the main page of our website to become a subscriber. This is for enthusiastic buyers who wish to be among the first inside. Otherwise come whenever.

We anticipate a lengthy line for this sale.

Here’s how it works…

The sign up sheet will be outside when the address is revealed to our subscribers on Saturday at 6:00am. We will be outside the home, in person once again, managing the process. Shoppers who wish to be among the first inside may want to come to the home to add their name to the sign up sheet at that early hour, then go get breakfast.

Security begins lining people up in numerical order starting at 9:30am for 10am opening. It takes some time to get people in order, so we ask for your patience as we get everyone in their proper place in the line. As long as you arrive before your name is called to enter the sale, we will get you in your proper place in the line.
*You must be present when your number / name is called to enter the sale. If you arrive after your name is called to enter the sale, you’ll have to get in the back of the line.*

THERE ARE NO PURSES, BAGS, BOXES, STROLLERS, PET OR BABY CARRIERS PERMITTED INSIDE.

If you don’t care about being among the first inside, come anytime between 10am and 3:30pm. If there is still a line when you arrive, just get in the line.

Last entry is 3:30pm for a 4pm close.

Please inspect your treasures before you buy them. All items are sold as is. All sales are final - there are no refunds or exchanges.

All purchases must be removed from the premises by 4pm each day unless otherwise arranged. Download the LUGG app to order a mover within an hour.

In accordance with California law, we collect 9.5% sales tax unless a valid resale permit is presented.

We take cash, card, Apple Pay.

There are stairs inside and around the home.

Please read and obey parking signs, do not block driveways.

DO NOT MAKE YOUR OWN SIGN UP SHEET. IT WILL BE DISCARDED.

As a courtesy we provide a "hold" table to hold merchandise while you shop. Hold at your own risk. Sometimes a well-meaning buyer may accidentally buy your item on the hold table. Buyer beware.

NO PURSES, BAGS, OR BOXES PERMITTED. LEAVE YOUR PURSE IN THE CAR. BRING YOUR WALLET / PHONE. SECURITY WILL NOT ADMIT YOU WITH A PURSE, BAG, BOX. WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR YOUR PERSONAL ITEMS.

Also, no beverages, no pets (except service animals) permitted on the premises. Please understand you will be sent back to your vehicle to store your purse or bag or pet or beverage. There are multiple video cameras on the premises recording all activity. Cash and credit cards accepted. We are required to collect sales tax of 9.5% unless you have proof of resale license. Buyers are responsible for removing their own purchases prior to end of sale. Bring tools and help to dismantle and load large items. Any damage caused by negligent moving will be buyer's responsibility. Neither the owner of the home nor Handled (the estate sale company) are responsible for any personal injury.
