1. We accept Cash and Credit Cards, no checks.
2. We collect Sales Tax on purchases unless you have a valid resale permit.
3. NO PRESALES and NO EARLY BIRDS.
4. ALL SALES ARE FINAL. All items sold “as is” with no guarantees or warranties.
5. Anyone caught stealing will be detained and the police will be called.
6. Sorry, NO Children or Pets allowed.
7. We are not responsible for accidents on the premises.
8. Bring packing materials and moving help with you.
9. ALL purchases must be removed same day unless special arrangements are made.
10. Items are priced to sell. After the first day, we will discount most items for clearance.
