Phase 3 of the Joshua Bell Estate Sale will be an online sale (ONLY) @ Facebook Live January 7 & 8 2021 starting at 10:00 am each morning

PLEASE CAREFULLY READ THIS INFORMATION BELOW SO YOU UNDERSTAND HOW TO PARTICIPATE IN THIS VIRTUAL LIVE SALE EVENT:

1)  There is no inventory list of the albums that are being sold, so please do not ask for one

2)  We will not be offering in person inspection, or viewing days so please do not ask  

3)  EVERY single album and 45 record in this virtual live event sale have been very carefully inspected for condition, special features, promo pressing, rarity, or any other unique variable and they have been very conservatively graded. Our stated sale prices have been extensively researched and verified at both discogs and popsike

4)  Each lot of albums that will be for sale have been pre-organized by genre, decade and/or artists

Here is how the virtual live sale will be conducted and who will be determined the winner of each album lot for sale:

· We have decided to completely eliminate individual real time buyer offers based upon, who was recorded first in the comment section during the live feed of the sale. It will not matter who was first to submit their purchase offer, the winner of each record lot will be the highest purchase offer submitted above/over our stated sale price. Purchase offer amounts above our stated sale price are to be submitted in $3 dollar minimum increments. Any buyer purchase offer submitted that is not at least $3 over our stated set purchase price amount will be completely ignored.   

· We will be selling this entire album collection, in a lot by lot manner, at a stated set price. The winner of each album lot will be the buyer who OFFERS THE HIGHEST DOLLAR AMOUNT (minimum of $3.00) over/above our stated set price. THERE WILL BE NO PURCHASE TIES - if two people only offer the stated set price amount, then that album lot or single album will not be sold. Someone has to offer at least a $3.00 higher purchase amount or the lot will not be sold.     

· We will be recording the second highest purchase offer amount, as a “back up” in the event the highest purchase offer fails to pay for their purchase, and that second highest purchase offer amount, will be contacted and their purchase offer amount will be accepted.   

· We will not be responding to ANY purchase offer submitted that is below our stated prices, so please don’t waste your time, all “lowball” purchase offers will be completely ignored.
