These Terms and Conditions govern your participation in all online auctions conducted by Bearistry Auction House. PLEASE READ THESE TERMS CAREFULLY BEFORE REGISTERING, BIDDING, OR PURCHASING. By registering for an auction or placing a bid, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions.

ELIGIBILITY | You must be at least 18 years old to register and participate in our auctions. All registration information must be accurate and complete. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information may result in cancellation of bids, removal from the auction platform, and restriction from future participation.

BIDDING PROCESS | All bids are final, irrevocable, and legally binding. By placing a bid, the bidder acknowledges acceptance of these Terms and Conditions and enters into a binding agreement to purchase any item(s) won.

Payment must be received within fourteen (14) calendar days of the auction closing date unless otherwise approved in writing by Bearistry Auction House. Failure to complete payment within this timeframe will result in forfeiture of the item(s), loss of all rights to the item(s), and may result in suspension or permanent restriction from future auctions.

Bearistry Auction House reserves the right to cancel unpaid transactions, resell forfeited items, offer items to another bidder, and provide auction records, invoices, communications, and bidder information as evidence in response to any dispute, chargeback, or claim.

DESCRIPTIONS AND CONDITION | ALL ITEMS ARE SOLD AS IS, WHERE IS. Bearistry Auction House makes every effort to provide accurate descriptions and photographs; however, we make no guarantees or warranties regarding authenticity, attribution, origin, age, condition, completeness, rarity, value, or provenance unless explicitly stated in writing.

Buyers are responsible for reviewing all descriptions, photographs, and available information before placing a bid. Buyers are encouraged to ask questions or request additional information prior to bidding. By placing a bid, the buyer acknowledges that they have conducted their own evaluation and accepts the item(s) in their current condition.

PAYMENTS AND FINALITY | Payment must be completed within the stated timeframe using approved payment methods through the designated auction platform only. Bearistry Auction House does not accept payments outside of the auction platforms.

ALL SALES ARE FINAL. No cancellations, returns, refunds, exchanges, or adjustments will be accepted after a winning bid has been placed, except where required by applicable law.

Submitting payment, accepting an invoice, or taking possession of purchased items constitutes acceptance of the transaction and these Terms and Conditions.

SHIPPING AND PICKUP | Bearistry Auction House exclusively uses LiveAuctioneers Live Shipping for all shipments. All shipping costs, insurance, packing fees, and related charges are the responsibility of the buyer.

Bearistry Auction House is not responsible for delays, loss, damage, or issues caused by the shipping provider after items have been released for shipment.

Local pickup is available at 4600 Sperry St., Los Angeles, CA 90039, USA every Wednesday from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM Pacific Time, unless prior arrangements have been made with the auction house. Failure to arrange pickup or maintain communication may result in forfeiture of items.

LIABILITY | Bearistry Auction House is not responsible for any damages, losses, disputes, technical issues, platform interruptions, bidding errors, or circumstances beyond our control. Buyers participate at their own risk and agree not to hold Bearistry Auction House liable for issues arising from participation in the auction or use of purchased items.
Bearistry Auction House reserves the right to modify, suspend, cancel, or terminate any auction, remove bids, restrict bidders, or refuse service to any participant at our discretion. Any liability of Bearistry Auction House shall be limited to the amount paid by the buyer for the specific item(s) involved.
