DO NOT attempt to drive up or park in the driveway!
Please park on the street in designated parking areas...only on the downhill side of the street.
Please do not block driveways and be courteous to neighbors!

Offers or Bids for any items WILL be taken as soon as the sale is published.

Due to many people's schedules, I will often do appointment only presales, so you need to either read the ads carefully or get on my email list to set up an appointment. I do my best to update photos and details.

Please do not make offers unless you plan to follow through with them!

Sold Items must be picked up by the end of the business day, unless shipping arrangements are agreed upon at the time of sale or offer/bid acceptance.

We do NOT handle shipping, moving or storage of any items!
Buyer is responsible for ensuring full payment is received and accepted prior to or at time of item pick up, any and all associated shipping or moving fees or any and all other associated costs.

We do our best to ensure that all items advertised in the updated ads for the public sale are in the sale on the first day of public sale. However, it is possible, that some items may be removed by the family prior to the first public sale day. Removal of items is an industry "hazard" that we all have to deal with on one level or another. We understand many of you travel long distances to get to the sale and we apologize for any potential inconvenience this may cause.
