A few reminders about this sale.
1) All sales are FIRST COME, FIRST SERVED. If you find a list somewhere on the property, WE DID NOT CREATE IT and WE WILL NOT HONOR IT! Even if the page has our business name or logo on it, it is NOT ours.
2) No Trespassing. We reserve the right to refuse service to trespassers.
3) All sales are FINAL. No returns, no exchanges.
4) All sales are CASH ONLY.
5) No returns, no exchanges.
6) Please be careful in and around the property. We are NOT RESPONSIBLE for injuries, illnesses, accidents, or traffic tickets.
7) Bring help for the larger items. This includes hand trucks, dollies, ropes, or straps, as well as additional people to lift the items.
8) Be considerate of the neighbors and other patrons when parking or loading your purchases.
9) Parking near the sale is your own responsibility and at your own risk. Parking in the driveway is generally not permitted.

1. We do not create or keep any wait lists or sign-in sheets, even if they have our business name or logo printed on them. Please practice patience and courteousness to your fellow shoppers.

Hello, and thank you for taking a look at this sale. This is the first part of a two-part sale. There are a lot of high-quality, vintage furniture items, including a decorated Baldwin grand piano and a tall letter filing cabinet with a tambor roll front faces. The photos are loaded but it might take a bit for descriptions. Here are some highlights:

This sale has a good amount of French- and French-inspired furniture. A prime example is in this sofa and these chairs.This is the Amberg's Cabinet Letter File we have in the sale. This is truly an unusual piece, which can no doubt be used in a variety of ways.Multiple racks of fine clothing can be seen here in this photo.This overview shows a number of possible prizes for your visiting the sale. Remember, many items are sold in the first few hours of the sale.This is one view of the Baldwin grand piano; there are others coming up. Oh, and don't forget the other decorative pieces shown here.The piano's brand, for all to see.Here is another view of the piano. It is not large, but still sounds grand! But the compact size makes it a good choice for smaller spaces. You can also see some of the panel decoration.Yes, there are a few other items on the piano's lid in this photo, and they deserve a look as well.Here we have the antique globe liquor cabinet. Of course, you don't have to keep liquor inside. This ornate cabinet will be perfect for storing lots of books or clothing or board games. Come to the sale to see how it opens up.This dishware collection is the Wedgwood bone china from England.See? Wedgwood bone china, Made in England.There are a few other pieces of dishware available in the sale, like this colorful collection.Here is one of the display cabinets in the sale, a rare piece.This is one of two mesh-fronted display cabinets that would look good in your house.Here is the second of the matching pair of display cases with mesh fronts, which look great together.This mirrored cabinet can not only store your belongings, but provide that one last check before you step out of the house. Or maybe it can help open and brighten a room.Yes, we have a second mirrored cabinet, with a different style. And then there's this third mirrored cabinet. Surely one of these will suit your needs. Do you need a display cabinet with three glass shelves? Of course you do. Here it is, just for you.On these shelves are a mix of different decorative lamps and sconces. The shelves on the right are in another photo, but the left shelves show a number of boxes with different items including Disney Cars miniature models. Not everything in this photo is of the same style, but it still looks good.Here we have another overview of the room. A smaller display cabinet, a pair of matching chairs, the antique globe, a bit of the Baldwin piano, and the privacy screen can be seen.In this view, the central focus is on the red and white striped sofa, but more chairs are peeking into frame.There is a set of eight matching dining chairs in this picture. Still very serviceable. This display cabinet was seen elsewhere in the photos, but here is a better view of it. There are also a pair of very nice candelabra candleholders...or are they lamps? Come by and see!This is a photo of the other matching table, along with a number of vases that would look stunning in your house.Between the matching tables is this ornate wall mirror, and the decorative serving dishes on the green table. You'll want to see these items.Here you can see a number of matching chairs, a small bench, and the darkwood display cabinet in the corner.More of the matching chairs are seen here.Yes, there are some framed artwork pieces in the sale.One more overview photo showing a multitude of quality items just for you.The wall hanging shown here has a lot of flourish to it. There is also a chessboard here on one of the cushioned bench.Another rack of various items is seen here, including a number of shoe trees (bottom right of the shelves).Do you need a pillow? Here are a number of them you can choose from.Wicker hampers, a twin bed and frame, and bedding are shown in this photo.Yet another rack of shelves is here, showing some holiday decorations, including two wreath containers, a Halloween skeleton, an inflatable Thanksgiving turkey, and much more.This shelving rack has a table-mounted telescope (buy it before someone else does), along with smaller mirrors and a pair of wall sconces.There are a couple of rugs in this sale. This one is very intricate.Here we show an overview of an outside area showing several shelves' worth of items.On one side you can see a few exercise equipment pieces, then on the shelves more of household parts and supplies.If you buy this table frame, you'll probably need to put a top on it. Here we have a pair of very large wreaths plus a few smaller holiday decorations in the black box.Moving inside, you can see not only the artwork hanging on the wall, but the candleabra-style lamps, the table, and three duck decoys.This living room overview shows many potential treasures for your house.I think these are a pair of hanging lamps. To me they look like upside-down cityscape lamps.Here we see a large hanging lamp with a lot of style.In case you're looking for a china cabinet, this is your chance.And this photo shows a secretary's desk that no doubt can tell some tales.
