Sales tax of 9% will be charged on all purchases. ALL HOLDERS OF RESALE LICENSES MUST HAVE THEM IN HAND OR BE PREVIOUSLY REGISTERED. We reserve the right to refuse service if we deem it necessary. Everything is sold as-is, we do not accept returns and we do not hold items. BRING YOUR OWN MOVERS we unfortunately cannot help with heavy items. We can arrange for you to pick-up large items after the sale but please be ready to move them during sale hours. Please be careful and watch your children, if you or they break something you will be expected to pay for it. This beautiful Brentwood home features a collection of refined and traditional furniture and decor, fine crystal, decorator art, and more. Many of the furniture items were were custom made using high-end designer fabrics, and matching curtains will be available for purchase as well!! The curtains in the home are exceptionally long so you’ll be able to hem them to your window height with no problem, and you’ll get that gorgeous designer look at a fraction of the price!!

All items need to be removed by Sunday 8/28 so please come prepared to move your purchases. We’ll have mover information available as well.
