If two buyers want the same item at the same time during the sale, it goes to the buyer willing to pay the most for it.
If a buyer gets home and thinks they paid too much for something, that is the buyer's problem not Handled's problem.

NO CHILDREN UNDER 15 ALLOWED. ABSOLUTELY NO PURSES, BAGS, HEAVY COATS, SWEATERS TIED AROUND YOUR WASTE - PLEASE LEAVE IN YOUR CAR. WE CANNOT HOLD THEM FOR YOU FOR SAFETY REASONS. Please understand you will be sent back to your vehicle to store your purse or bag or pet or beverage. There are multiple video cameras on the premises recording all activity. Cash and credit cards accepted. We are required to charge sales tax of 9.5% unless you have proof of resale license. Buyers are responsible for removing their own purchases prior to end of sale. Bring tools and help to dismantle and load large items. Any damage caused by negligent moving will be buyer's responsibility. Neither the owner of the home nor Handled (the estate sale company) are responsible for any personal injury.
