Cash, Venmo and Store Front Business Checks with matching ID only. California Sales tax will be added, unless you have a current resale license on hand or on file with us.
Client nor Company are responsible for damages, injury's etc. YOU ARE ENTERING A PRIVATE HOME, PLEASE ENTER AT YOUR OWN RISK. Owners and Estate Sales By Connor are NOT responsible for ANY accidents, injury or loss of personal items.
To be fair to people traveling long distances to our sales, our Sign In Sheet will go up the MORNING of the SALE when we arrive. First in line, will be first on the list. You must be in line to have your space on the sign in sheet.

While we do not pre-sell, and do our best to make sure everything in the photos is at our sale, on rare occasion owner or relatives may remove an item in photo so if if you are driving far for a single item, feel free to e-mail us inquiries as we hardly answer our phone prior to and during the sale!
