For over sixty years same owner. The estate – (consists of main house – huge lot – guesthouse and more), is packed with cool items. Most of the stuff - mainly 50’s-60’s from Denmark, Norway, Sweden – Northern Europe. Everything you see in the pictures will be available for sale this coming weekend.  We expected a rainy weekend and could not feet everything inside the houses. We tried to display as much as possible - And there are still items to unpack, sort and display.  So some items like Clothing, Records, some of the books and other stored items - we did not have a chance to see. These items will be displayed and sold the following weekend.

No early visits – do not disturb tenants.

We accept major credit and debit cards (we do not accept American Express or related cards). We charge a Convenience Fee of up to 3% on credit card purchases.

REMEMBER: absolutely NO purses (except for wallet-type). Do please bring open boxes.

For heavy items bring help. Our staff might not be able to assist you.

We do not do pre-sales and do not pre-sale prior to the sale.

We do not accept any responsibilities for keeping “Lists” or mange lines prior to opening of sale. Make your own line – we will open the door at the designated hour and let you in. We will let you in based on the line you organize outside the entrance.  
We sell - “First come, first serve” bases. All sales are final. Please check carefully items you are planning to buy, ask questions – we will be happy to answer your inquiries.

Enter the premises of the sale at your own risk. We are not responsible for any accidents.

The estate has lots of glass and breakable smalls – we do not allow children on the premises of the sale.
