Please read our terms and conditions. When you participate or buy an item you are agreeing with pour terms. If there any point that is unclear, please contact us prior to purchase as all our sales are final, no returns, which is a standard in the vintage sales business.

DEALING WITH COVID-19
Besides the usual sale protocol, please read carefully our policies on conducting business during this temporary situation. There is still a mandate in CA on indoor masking, until things change, we have to comply.
- Please wear a mask. Remember that the sale is conducted on private property. You don't have to agree with Covid govt. guidelines but you need to comply in order to engage in business in California.
- Maintain reasonable space between parties. You can stay closer to whoever you came with, however be respectful of other people's space.
- We will provide gloves if you wish to use them. However, masks are your responsibility. We will have a functioning sink for you to sanitize hands at all times.
- Please DO NOT come to the sale if you are coughing/sneezing or have a temperature. We will refuse service to anyone visibly showing such symptoms.
If you are sick and see something online you are interested in, we can work on purchase and delivery/pickup over the phone if possible.

GENERAL TERMS
- All sales are final. Please bring help to move larger items. Bring your own boxes and packing supplies for fragile items, as our supply may run out.
- We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone disturbing the sale.
- By participating to the sale you acknowledge that we won't be responsible for any accidents you may be involved in.
- Please be kind to other buyers and staff.
- Please be courteous to neighbors and keep voices down. Do not block driveways.
- If two customers see and want the same item at the same time, we may take separate offers to conclude the sale.
- Some rooms may be closed-off, nothing for sale there, please do not go in those areas.

MARKETPLACE SPECIFIC TERMS
- All sales are final, we do not accept returns.
- If you prefer, you can choose to pay in person at the sale with an accepted form of payment. Please contact us to discuss.
- Local Pickup Only! We may do exceptions but it needs to be approved by us. Local delivery can be arranged at a charge tbd and after payment in full has been made.
- Please bring help and moving tools, we do not provide labor for moving purchased items besides the basic help which we always provide. Some large/heavy items require more than 1 person. Once you purchase the item, it is your responsibility to move it.
- We will work with you on scheduling appointment for pickup. We will disclose the address after payment, when scheduling pick up. However, the general area where an item is located is stated in the description.
- We will describe visually and in writing items to the best of our ability, however, feel free to ask any question you may have re an item or ask to view it in person.
