We are selling the entire contents of the 10, 463 square foot "Yacht Mansion" designed by famed architect Glenn Small this weekend. Come and find some treasure and take it to your house.

WARNING ---- PLEASE READ ENTIRE TERMS AND CONDITIONS SO YOU KNOW ALL THE RULES OF THIS SALE.
This sale is not for the faint of heart.
It will require much walking, climbing hills and climbing more than one hundred stairs because there are five levels . If you are unable to climb hills or stairs please do not attend this sale. The unique residence is located on Mulholland Drive in Bel Air. There is no parking in the house driveway or in the neighbors driveways . (DO NOT ASK OUR SECURITY OFFICER BECAUSE HE WILL NOT ALLOW YOU TO PARK)
The house driveway will be used for loading only. There is limited parking on Mulholland Dr. but there is ample parking Southbound on Woodcliff Drive. Please park carefully on Woodcliff Drive and WALK up to the house. Close parking is a 100 yard walk. If twenty plus cars are parked it may be a 1/2 mile walk. A shuttle ride up and down the hill every ten minutes will be available for a $5 donation per person for the driver.

This is a liquidation sale. The house has sold and everything must go. All must be must be sold and removed by Sunday evening September 25, 2022. We will be doing whatever it takes to get everything sold. Big Discounts will start on Saturday and Super Discount Deals will happen on Sunday.

Rigo's Delivery service will be available to deliver all your large purchases on Friday, Saturday or Monday. You can drive your car down the driveway to pick up your items or you can arrange to have your moving people come and pick up your purchases. If you are buying pots, plants and other big items -- bring your own muscle to move your items to your car or truck which you can park in the driveway to load.
Numbers will be given out at 8 am on Friday and Saturday to the people in line. See you at the sale.
