Subscribers to our sale invitations get the address at 6:15am, before the public. Otherwise, come whenever. Sign up sheet is outside after address is revealed. Look for the orange cone.

Fixtures / appliances / drapes attached to ceilings / walls / curtain rods are not for sale.

As a courtesy we provide a "hold" table to hold merchandise while you shop. Hold at your own risk.

Buyers are responsible for removing their own purchases prior to end of sale. Bring tools and help to dismantle and load large items. Any damage caused by negligent moving will be buyer's responsibility. Neither the owner of the home nor Handled (the estate sale company) are responsible for any personal injury.
