Terms: By entering the property, you acknowledge that we are not responsible for any accidents. Signs have been placed strategically in areas to warn of steps and uneven pavement. Parents, please keep your small children near you at all times. ALL items that are tagged for sale are not to be removed, if caught you will no longer be allowed to shop my sales. Seller has the right to refuse anyone's entry on or inside the property. ALL merchandise is sold as is and is nonrefundable aka ALL SALES FINAL. We do not give out prices or allow early previews, as there is not enough time between setting up and opening the doors the morning of the sale. Buyers are responsible for removal of furniture, please bring your help own moving devices and helpers. I can recommend a reasonable moving service I use to transport your purchase, big or small.
Lastly, we don't allow the use of the home's bathroom to the public, sorry no exceptions.
