-All items are purchased as-is, with no guarantees on condition or working order. **Please test, inspect, and verify it works as expected before purchase. --No refunds or exchanges.**
- All purchases to be removed by the buyer, (providing their own labor to disassemble, carry, pack, and load) on the day of the sale or by the pre-arranged, agreed upon pickup time. Our staff is here to provide guidance, answer questions, and offer order in what is sometimes a sea of chaos. Please consider any physical labor they provide to be outside of the scope of their job and should be appropriately compensated by the buyer. Some heavier items may be strictly limited to ‘you move’ and will generally be marked as such.
-A note on paid items not picked up or left behind: we hope to be an accommodating and helpful partner to our clients and customers alike, so we’re happy to make arrangements for pickup of larger items or hold on to things you may have forgotten. However, we are unable to hold on things for much longer than the advertised duration of the sale. If you left something behind, forgot about an item, or are having trouble making arrangements for pickup please communicate with us as soon as possible. Call or Text (most efficient during sale hours) (559) 216-9586. Items left beyond the agreed upon pickup day/time will be considered abandoned and will not be refunded.

We use a "hard Close" system meaning the auction closes at the exact time listed and the highest bidder at that moment will win. Very similar to eBay's system, the closing time is the closing time and does not extend! Stay engaged, stay refreshing your browser, and be familiar with the item's closing time - they are ALL different and we want you to WIN!
1. We ask that you only bid if you are able to complete your purchase. If you do not complete your purchase and do not contact us your account will be restricted. We count on everyone following through on their obligation. Please note California Sales Tax will be added to each purchase as well as a 13% buyers premium (3% discount if paying with cash at pickup). If you are the winning bidder on an item you will receive an invoice link by text (this feature not available if you only supply a land line) as well as email which will have payment options and the pickup location on it. If paying online please wait until all items you are bidding on have closed before paying your invoice.
2. Pickup day for this auction is SATURDAY SEPTEMBER 13 9:OO*-1:OO pm at both locations. (*Please do not arrive earlier, this creates a tremendous, albeit unintentional amount of hardship for our process.) The exact address and pickup instructions will be on your winning invoice. Please note this when you are bidding & do not bid if you are not able to make this pickup time. Do not assume adjustments may be made for you please contact us with any questions before bidding. You MAY have someone else pickup for you, we ask you inform us ahead of time. Please bring your own boxes and wrapping material if desired.
3. LOADING - PLEASE NOTE YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR ALL DISASSEMBLY, MOVING, LOADING AND SECURING OF YOUR ITEMS. OUR STAFF WILL BE AVAILABLE TO DIRECT YOU TO YOUR ITEMS, HOWEVER WE ARE UNABLE TO ASSIST WITH HEAVY ITEMS, TRANSPORT, OR LOADING - PLAN FOR ADEQUATE HELP, TOOLS, AND PACKING MATERIALS!
4. STAIRS - OAKHURST LOCATION (ITEMS 1-44) MAY REQUIRE CARRYING ITEMS DOWN STAIRS - PLAN AHEAD FOR THIS, OUR STAFF WILL BE UNABLE TO ASSIST, NOR WILL OTHER BUYERS - PLEASE PLAN YOUR OWN LABOR - NONE WILL BE PROVIDED.
