All purchases to be removed by the buyer, (providing their own labor to disassemble, carry, pack, and load) on the day of the sale or by the pre-arranged, agreed upon pickup time. Our staff is here to provide guidance, answer questions, and offer order in what is sometimes a sea of chaos. Please consider any physical labor they provide to be outside of the scope of their job and should be appropriately compensated by the buyer. Some heavier items may be strictly limited to ‘you move’ and will generally be marked as such.
A note on paid items not picked up or left behind: we hope to be an accommodating and helpful partner to our clients and customers alike, so we’re happy to make arrangements for pickup of larger items or hold on to things you may have forgotten. However, we are unable to hold on things for much longer than the advertised duration of the sale. If you left something behind, forgot about an item, or are having trouble making arrangements for pickup please communicate with us as soon as possible. Call or Text (most efficient during sale hours) (559) 216-9586. Items left beyond the agreed upon pickup day/time will be considered abandoned and will not be refunded.

ANOTHER BUSY WEEK OF PREPARING FOR YOU ALL!
Stopping in really quick to give you an idea of how much this sale has got to offer! We’ve got a Husqvarna gas riding lawn mower, lots of power and yard equipment, a garage full of tools, tons of houseware and decor items. Lots of items from Harley-Davidson – clothing, helmets, riding gear and more. The sale is a bit remote this week so we have opted to hold a Friday-Saturday sale to make up for the lack of cross traffic. Very well worth the drive out to the north end of the Ranchos.

SOME NOTES ABOUT THE PROPERTY
REAL ESTATE: This gorgeous home will soon hit the market and likely won’t stick around long. Come take a stroll through, check out the mature fruit trees around the property, shed on a concrete pad, and peaceful landscaping features. See Cynthia for info on the home.
HOTEL CALIFORNIA LINE RULES: As usual – once you take your place in line you must remain in your car/be present while waiting for the sale to open. Leaving the area (for food, bathroom, etc.) means losing your spot in line, so stick around. You can check out any time you like, but you can never leave. (And trust me, people notice and they do make us aware.)
PARKING: Ample parking. Please do NOT park in the driveway unless loading. DO NOT BLOCK DRIVEWAYS! It’s inconsiderate to our neighbors and everyone will judge you 😉
MUSCLE: Friendly reminder, the buyer is generally responsible for moving, loading, and securing their own purchases. We are happy to work with you while you make arrangements for muscle and means to get your items home. Please talk with us about these details before purchase, we like a nice clear expectation and happy customers!
